Information Security Policy

nextcreative LLC (nextクリエイティブ合同会社, "we") regards the information assets we handle through our work — web production, e-commerce, system and app development, and AI and business automation — as an important business resource, and we work to manage and protect them properly. We have set out the following basic policy on information security and will keep working on it.

1. Protecting information assets

We manage the information entrusted to us by clients, personal information and confidential business information properly, and work to prevent leaks, loss, tampering and unauthorized access.

2. Compliance

We comply with the laws, regulations and contractual obligations that apply to information security and the protection of personal information.

3. Security measures

To handle information assets safely, we take the necessary measures, including access control, password management, software updates and data backups.

4. Responding to incidents

If an information security incident or problem occurs, we work to limit the damage, respond appropriately and prevent it from happening again.

5. Continuous improvement

We review our information security practices regularly and keep improving them as our business and technology change.

SECURITY ACTION 二つ星

nextcreative has declared SECURITY ACTION Level 2 (security self-declaration), the information security program for SMEs run by IPA (Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan).
